PURPOSE: A floating cover is provided to improve the durability and shock sensitivity of a product by improving the structure of a fabric. CONSTITUTION: A fabric(110) is manufactured by utilizing a predetermined pattern. The fabric of a slope and a weft are manufactured by a polyolefine material. A convex unit(115) and a concave unit(116) is formed at the upper side and lower side of the fabric. An upper waterproof coating layer(120a) and a lower waterproof coating layer(120b) are formed at the upper and lower side of the fabric.
