Cam lock assembly for a joining frame members such as window mullions and transoms with rotatable cam lock

A joinery connection assembly for joining frame members2,3 together at a joint includes spigot mounting 10, spigot 12 with cam surfaces and cam lock 11 having cam surfaces thereon. The spigot 12 is slidably inter-fitted with the spigot mounting 10 to provide a spigot portion 40 protruding there from. The cam surfaces slidably inter lock with each other, such that one frame member 2 is pulled to another frame member 3 to form the joint assembly. A method of assembly is also included.
