PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce noises coming from a noise emitting source.

SOLUTION: An oil pan cover 2 is installed so as to fully cover an oil pan 13 via an air layer 21. The air layer 21 between the oil pan cover 2 and the oil pan 13 is divided into a plurality of spaces 5a to 5aa by partition members 3a to 3h and 4a to 4j. A plurality of granular materials are enclosed with at least one of the spaces. The oil pan cover 2 is composed of a plurality of planes 2a to 2i, which have been combined.
