<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber coat steel sheet having excellent dew condensation prevention property, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, processability and non-combustibility. <P>SOLUTION: As an upper layer on at least one face of a galvanized steel plate 6, a vinyl chloride resin layer 3 having 70-150 μm of average thickness is provided preferably via at least one adhesive layer 2 selected from urethane, polyester, acrylic and epoxy based adhesives, and nylon 66 short fiber 1 having 0.5-4.0 mm of average fiber length, 8-50 μm of average fiber diameter and 40-150 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of fiber adhesion amount is coated to the vinyl chloride resin layer 3, preferably via an acrylic adhesive and/or epoxy adhesive, so as to obtain the fiber coat steel sheet. Thus, this can dramatically improve the corrosion resistance, processability and non-combustibility of the fiber coat steel sheet, in addition to the dew condensation prevention property and heat insulating property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
