<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor capable of preventing deterioration of magnetic characteristics of a stator core due to press fitting even when a stator core is press fitted into a case, and reducing loss torque. <P>SOLUTION: The brushless motor 1 includes a stator 9, which has a stator core 7 and a coil 8 wound around the stator core 7, and a case 2A housing the stator 9. The stator core 7 has a structure in which multiple magnetic steel sheets 71 to 75, each of which has different outer diameters, are laminated, and the stator core 7 is inserted into the case 2A.
