<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of detecting Audio Watermark (AWM) and controlling reproduction of content depending on the detected AWM without losing a user's convenience, when the content in which AWM being managed-copied in a server device is embedded is reproduced on a client device under a home network environment. <P>SOLUTION: A content encryption/decryption part 280 reads managed-copy content from an external storage device 260 and transfers the content to a reproduction device 400 capable of decoding and reproducing. An AWM detection part 285 detects AWM which is embedded in audio data included in the content during transfer. A control part 287 determines the validity of the detected AWM.
