摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit design device which efficiently performs wiring path search in reaction to a group of wiring requests on a wiring region, in wiring design of a semiconductor integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A chip information storage part 19 stores a net list and wiring grid information. A wiring request clustering part 12 generates a wiring request cluster. A wiring grid clustering part 13 generates a wiring grid cluster. Wiring path search repeating means (a wiring path search part 14, a wiring request cluster decomposition part 15, a path search termination condition determining part 16, a wiring grid cluster decomposition part 17, and a wiring grid level determination part 18) performs wiring path search in reaction to a wiring request cluster on a wiring grid cluster, and decomposition of a wiring request cluster, decomposition of a wiring grid cluster, and wiring path search are repeated until a wiring grid for wiring path search is decomposed into the level of the finest granularity wiring grid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
