<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet which gives a transfer layer having high durability and high weatherability. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer sheet has a layer made of a curable resin composition which contains a composite resin (A) in which a structural unit expressed by general formula (1) and/or general formula (2), a polysiloxane segment (a1) having a silanol group and/or a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a vinyl polymer segment (a2) having an alcoholic hydroxyl group are bonded by a linkage expressed by general formula (3) and a polyisocyanate (B) and in which the content of the polysiloxane segment (a1) is 10-60 wt.% to the total solid content of the curable resin composition, and the content of the polyisocyanate (B) is 5-50 wt.% to the total solid content of the curable resin composition and an adhesive layer in turn on a release sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
