<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play apparatus having an openable kid's corner for effect use of an installation space, used as an usual kid's corner when opened, and used as a drawing board when closed when required, regardless of the crowded degree of a service space. <P>SOLUTION: The play apparatus has a kid's corner integrally formed from a wall mat 1 and a floor mat 2, a metal hinge 3 having a high strength is used to fold the wall mat 1 and the floor mat 2, and the backside of the floor mat 2 is mounted with a whiteboard 7. Usually, the floor mat 2 is opened to secure a play space for infants, when required, the kid's corner is folded to secure a space, and children are allowed to play with the whiteboard 7 mounted on the backside of the floor mat 2.
