A backlight module (20) includes a plurality of lamp tubes (30). Each end of the lamp tubes is fixed and electrically connected to the backlight module (20) by a lamp tube mounting device (10). The lamp tube mounting device (10) includes a fixing end (11), a lamp tube clamping part (12) and a conductive elastic piece (13). The fixing end (11) is used for fixing the lamp tube mounting device (10) on the backlight module (20). The lamp tube clamping part (12) comprises a set of clamping elastic pieces (121) used for buckling an end part of the lamp tube. The conductive elastic piece (13) is electrically connected with the pin of the lamp tube end part. The advantages of the lamp tube mounting device are low manufacturing cost and easy installation, and the lamp tube has excellent shock resistance.
