A gas block housing (100) for a blown optical fibre unit installation comprising a base element (10), a covering element (20) and at least one clamping element (300). The covering element (20) mates with the base element (10) to form an inner cavity and an inlet port and an outlet port for receiving a first optical fibre cable and a second optical fibre cable, respectively. The covering element (20) is locked to the base element (10) by the at least one clamping element (300) which comprises either: a plurality of clamping teeth (15) and at least one receiving element (21) which engages with one of the plurality of clamping teeth (15); or a plurality of slots which are provided to the base element and are suitable for engaging with hooks provided to the covering element (20). The clamping element (300) has at least two different closing positions for locking at least two different diameters of optical fibre with a predetermined clamping force.
