PURPOSE: A real-time PCR reactor is provided to effectively control temperature of a container and to detect nucleic acid amplification in real time. CONSTITUTION: A light transmittable temperature control device(100) comprises: at least one container(110) for containing a sample therein; and a temperature control unit which guides light to irradiate light to the container and controls temperature of the container. The temperature control unit has a thermoelectric element block for heating and cooling the container.
