A mobile communication method has: a step in which after restart, MME#1 transmits "Paging" to UE, and transmits "Delete Session Request" including the IMSI of the UE and "Cause = MME Restart" to S-GW#1 upon receiving "Downlink Data Notification," including the IMSI of the UE, from S-GW#1; a step in which upon receiving "Delete Session Request", S-GW#1 releases the bearer for the UE, and transmits "Delete Session Request" including "Cause = MME Restart" to P-GW#1; and a step in which P-GW#1 releases the bearer for the UE. |
