PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus equipped with a charge unit is provided to freely control the occupying space of a product placing unit by forming the product placing unit into a structure which is able to extend. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus equipped with a charge unit comprises a luminous body and a function control unit(20) which controls the luminous body. The lighting apparatus comprises a charge unit(100) and a product placing unit(200). The charge unit is formed in one side of a body of the lighting apparatus. The charge unit comprises a connection terminal(110). One or more USB connection terminals are formed in the connection terminal of the charge unit. A cover has a structure which is able to open and close in the outside of the charge unit. An opening/closing means for opening and closing the cover is formed in one side of the cover. A timer unit(300) is arranged in one side of the function control unit. An anion generating unit(400) having a plurality of through-holes is formed in one side of the function control unit.
