PURPOSE: A construction method of an underground composite outer wall structure and an underground composite outer wall structure thereby are provided to reduce construction costs by reducing material consumption. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of an underground composite outer wall structure is as follows. Earth retaining walls for opposing earth pressure and water pressure are formed under the ground by overlapping first and second piles(S110). The first piles comprise steel skeletons, and the second piles comprise reinforcing bars. The inner side surrounded by the earth retaining walls is excavated(S120). Shear connectors coupled to the steel skeletons of the first piles and the reinforcing bars of the second piles are formed to be exposed toward the excavated inner space(S130). An underground outer wall is formed by arranging reinforcing bars on the side surfaces of the excavated inner space corresponding to the shear connectors(S140).
