PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange first and second conductive semiconductor layers and first and second electrodes in one surface of a transparent substrate, thereby maximizing a light incidence area in the other surface of the transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: An intrinsic semiconductor layer(13) is arranged in one surface of a transparent substrate(11). A contact surface of the intrinsic semiconductor layer and transparent substrate is arranged in order to include a texturing surface(12). A first conductive semiconductor area(15) and second conductive semiconductor area(16) are arranged on the upper part of the intrinsic semiconductor layer. A first electrode(17) and second electrode(18) are arranged in the upper part of the first conductive semiconductor area and second conductive semiconductor area. An insulating film(14) is arranged between the first conductive semiconductor area and second conductive semiconductor area. |
