MODULE IC HANDLER

摘要

PURPOSE: A module integrated circuit(IC) handler is provided to precisely induce an electrical connection of a test socket and a module IC, thereby improving reliability with respect to a test. CONSTITUTION: A pair of combining stands(121,122) is fixed in a frame(110). The each combining stand includes 16 socket insertion holes for inserting sockets. A plurality of elastic members is prepared in order to apply elastic force to an inner side direction of the each socket. A pair of separation preventing stands(151,152) is fixed in the pair of combining stands. The separation preventing stand is prepared in order to prevent separation of the socket to an upper direction.
