PURPOSE: A front and back observation apparatus for a bicycle is provided to support safety driving by enabling a user to recognize road conditions through a monitor. CONSTITUTION: A monitor(60) is installed at the center of a steering wheel(50). A front video camera(70) takes a photograph of the front state of a bicycle. A back video camera(80) takes a photograph of the back state of the bicycle. A control unit displays the front state and the back state at the monitor by utilizing a video signal inputted by the back video camera and the front video camera. The control unit is installed at the inside of the monitor.
