PURPOSE: A rebar spacer for preventing overturn for upper horizontal rebar is provided to prevent the overturn of a rebar spacer by supporting the rebar spacer more stably, and reduce storage and logistics costs. CONSTITUTION: A rebar spacer for preventing overturn for upper horizontal rebar is as follows. Hinge holes are formed on left and right sides of the lower end of a leg unit(41). Folder-type auxiliary legs(50) are installed to be symmetric by a hinge pin(51) inserted into the hinge hole. A protrusion(52) hanging on a vertical rib(43) is formed on the other end of the auxiliary leg. Folding pieces(53,54) hanging on the side(45) of the leg unit where the auxiliary leg is unfolded are formed on the upper central part of the auxiliary leg.
