PURPOSE: A buried outlet is provided to open a terminal insertion hole by rotating an operation wheel when a plug is inserted. CONSTITUTION: A ground hole(121a) is formed in a cover(120). A guide hole(123) is formed on both sides of the ground hole. An opening and closing plate(130) vertically moves with regard to the guide hole. The opening and closing plate opens and closes the ground hole. One side of an operation wheel(140) is rotatably combined with the cover. The operation wheel vertically moves the opening and closing plate. A spur gear(141) engaged with a rack of the opening and closing plate is formed on one side of the operation wheel.
