PURPOSE: A socket adaptor for a programmer is provided to by soldering a plurality of spring pins with a BGA pattern of a second board and guiding a spring pin through a guide plate of a gripper. CONSTITUTION: A gripper receives a device. A substrate(55) is combined with the gripper. A BGA pattern(54) is formed on the substrate. One end of a spring pin is connected to the BGA pattern. The other end of the spring pin is connected to the device. A guide hole is formed in a guide plate. The spring pin is contacted with the device and elastically moves. |
