PREPARING METHOD OF ANIONIC POLYESTER POLYOL

PURPOSE: A producing method of negative ionic polyester polyol for producing a water-dispersible urethane/urethane-acrylate resin is provided to remove the necessity of using a strong alkali compound for obtaining negative ions during a urethane polymerizing process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of negative ionic polyester polyol comprises the following steps: firstly polymerizing C2-10 alcohol with more than two hydroxy groups and diacid with a sulfo anion group under the presence of a stabilizer with alkali metal salt and a titanium system catalyst; and adding C4-10 non-ionic diacid into the polymerization outcome, and secondly polymerizing. The molar ratio of the diacid with the sulfo anion group and the C4-10 non-ionic diacid is 1:4-12.
