<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a casing side blowing opening and a duct side blowing opening from coming into contact with each other, while preventing marked deterioration in the efficiency of blowing air to a charger. <P>SOLUTION: A movable duct member 112, switching one mode where the duct-side blowing opening 111 and the casing-side blowing opening 75a are close to each other, and the other mode where they are separated from each other, is provided. Accordingly, when a process casing 75 is moved, the duct-side blowing opening 111 and the casing-side blowing opening 75a are separated from each other, and when the process casing 75 is fixed on a casing 3, the duct-side blowing opening 111 and the casing-side blowing opening 75a are made to be in the state where they are near each other. If the process casing 75 is moved by making the duct-side blowing opening 111 and the casing-side blowing opening 75a an isolated state, therefore, the duct-side blowing opening 111 and the casing-side blowing opening 75a will not come into contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
