摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inspect the component adhesion states of a suction nozzle immediately after and before a component suction action, based on picked up image data of a camera concerning a component mounting machine mounting a rotary mounting head. <P>SOLUTION: A stop point adjacent to the rotary direction of the mounting head 11 in a suction cycle is defined as an image pick up point B with respect to a suction/mounting point A. Then, the camera 14 is attached to the mounting head 11, so as to pick up the image of the component suction states of the suction nozzle 13 which is stopped at the image pick up point B, and also the rotary direction of the mounting head 11 is made to be opposite between the suction cycle and a mounting cycle. Image data picked up by the camera 14 is fetched in a period, when the suction nozzle 13 positioned at the suction/mounting point A performs component suction/mounting actions, respectively in the suction and mounting cycles, and then the presence or absence of component non-suction or component suction posture abnormality in the suction nozzle 13 stopped at the image pick up point B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
