PURPOSE: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and a graphic environment controlling apparatus therefor and a controlling method thereof are provided to remove movement at a different inclination angle in the process of operating an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus by displaying the shape of the input panel corresponded to a touch panel on the screen of a display device. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus(300) comprises a touch panel(310), a display(320), and a graphic controlling unit(330). The touch panel includes the touch pad as an input unit which senses the contact position of a user. The display displays an ultrasonic wave which is irradiated through a probe and the image for a reflected ultrasonic wave. The graphic controlling unit displays the shape of the input panel which is corresponded to the touch panel within the screen of the display. The graphic controlling unit controls one of the location, size, and rotation of the input panel displayed within the screen of the display according to the selections of the user.
