<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static charge eliminator which can prevent stain on an electrode for discharge to retain good ion balance for a long period of time. SOLUTION: An idle time, i.e., an interval time Ti, is provided between a positive pulse signal 20 and the next negative pulse signal 21, and reverse pulses 22, 23 are fed to high voltage-generating circuits 2 and 3, respectively, right after the positive pulse signal 20 is completed, and right after the negative pulse signal 21 is completed to neutralize static charges remaining in the circuits and an electrode 4 for discharge.</p> |
