<p>The present invention provides a dryer and a method and equipment for drying and incinerating wet sludge using circulating fluidized bed with the dryer. Hot ash and wet sludge are fed into the dryer together. The wet sludge in the fluidized state exchanges heat with the hot ash directly and is heated sufficiently by the hot ash in the dryer. Thereby the drying and incinerating of the wet sludge are finished in one single equipment. After dried in the dryer the wet sludge is returned to the incinerator chamber with the circulation ash. A great deal of water contained in the wet sludge does not go into the rear flue with the high temperature flue gas, it comes out with the fluidized gas in the dryer instead, thus the loss of the heat is reduced. After being dehumidified, the gas exhausting from the dryer is recycled as the fluidized gas or is sent to the incinerator chamber. No peculiar smell discharges in the process.</p> |
