PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program which allow reduction in power consumption in an energy-saving state.

SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus comprises: first storage means in which a packet received by reception means is stored: determination means which comprises a table providing the pattern of a packet and an operation of arithmetic processing means associated with each other and which determines whether to start the arithmetic processing means on the basis of the packet stored in the first storage means and the table, in the energy-saving state; and power source management means which supplies power to the arithmetic processing means on the basis of a result determined by the determination means to start the arithmetic processing means.
