<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and visually confirm a state in which abnormal tension has occurred from outside. <P>SOLUTION: A horn fitting bracket on a line side is connected to a link mechanism of a strain clamp using a link bracket having a strength sufficiently larger than a tension specification value. A pair of tension meters of which a central portion breaks at the tension specification value are attached to both outer sides of the link bracket. A connection member is inserted into a connection hole provided to each of horn fitting bracket side and strain clamp side, for installation. The link bracket includes, inside of it, an approximately U-shape formed part in which the horn fitting bracket is inserted, and a plate-like formed part, on the strain clamp side, which is formed to be the same thickness as the horn fitting bracket and is inserted into the link mechanism of the strain clamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
