MODULE IC HANDLER AND LOADING METHOD IN MODULE IC HANDLER

PURPOSE: A module integrated circuit(IC) handler and a loading method in the module IC handler are provided to load a loading detection apparatus in an operation apparatus which operates a carrier, thereby accurately checking a module IC loading state in the carrier. CONSTITUTION: A carrier is prepared in order to load and carry a module integrated circuit(IC). An operation apparatus operates the carrier in order to load the module IC in the carrier. A fixed member(910) is loaded and fixed in an operation panel of the operation apparatus. A loading detection apparatus(920a-920p) detects a module IC loading state in the carrier. A direction detecting apparatus(930) detects the direction of the module IC loaded in the carrier.
