PURPOSE: A polynucleotide containing a single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) derived from MTHFR, AUTS2, RELN, LAMB1, WNT2, FOXP2, and ST7 genes is provided to use as clinical diagnosis marker for autism. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide for autism dianosis contains 10 or more continuous DNA sequence containing 301th nucleotide(polymorphism site) which is C, in sequence number 19. A primer for amplification for autism diagnosis comprises a polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A probe for diagnosing autism contains the polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A method for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in a sample comprises: a step of collecting nucleotide sample from the sample; and a stepof analyzing nucleotide sequence of SNP. |
