PURPOSE: A bottle with a handle, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to prevent the breakage of the handle from the bottle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device for a bottle with a handle includes a turn-table(10) with a clamp(12), an extrude-molding unit(20) located to the right angle with the turn-table, a blow-molding unit(30), and a discharging unit(40). The extrude-molding unit includes a bottle mold(21) with a molding space(S`) connecting a bottle molding groove(21a) and a secondary molding groove(21b), an upper mold(22) with a core(22a) inserted into the bottle molding groove for sealing the molding space, and pre-form units. The pre-form units include an extruder(23), a handle unit, and a connection protrusion.
