PURPOSE: An active photosensing pixel is provided to simultaneously perform an exposure process and a detoxification process. CONSTITUTION: A 2-terminal active photosensing transistor(Q1) comprises a first terminal(N1), a second terminal(N2), and a control terminal. A high voltage(VH) is applied to the first terminal of the 2-terminal active photosensing transistor. A low voltage(VL) is applied to the second terminal of the 2-terminal active photosensing transistor. The 2-terminal active photosensing transistor generates an active photosensing current(Iphoto) from the first terminal to the second terminal. The intensity of the active photosensing current is determined with the intensity of an incident light(h館). |
