PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling and warming water functioning as a water purifier is provided to efficiently add mineral components and to continuously supply drinking water without the replacement of a water container. CONSTITUTION: A main body warms and cools purified drinking water. A water container contains the purified drinking water by being combined with the upper side of the main body. A water purifying filter(310) functions a water purifying function and is in connection with water tap and the water container. A mineral filter(600) is combined with the inner circumference of the lower side of the water container and includes a plurality of through holes. An upper protrusion and a lower protrusion are further prepared. The lower protrusion supports the lower side of the mineral filter. The upper protrusion is protruded to the inner circumference of the water container and fixes the position of the mineral filter.
