PURPOSE: A dry macro capsule and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to prevent efficiency reduction and to improve titer stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a dry macro visual capsule comprises: a step of adsorbing an active ingredient using a water soluble binder to prepare a primary capsule; a step of drying the primary capsule; a step of forming a capsule wall by coating by a spray dry method to prepare a secondary capsule; and a step of drying the secondary capsule. The water soluble binder is cellulose, hydroxy propyl cellulose, starch, lactose, or cyclodextrin. The macro visual capsule is added to an astringent, essence, cream, cleansing cream, cleansing lotion, cleansing foam, pack, or shampoo.
