PURPOSE: An electric capacitor touch sensor is provided to change the necessary time for entering until the constant voltage while touching with a finger. CONSTITUTION: The finger of a person is one side of a capacitor. An insulator acts as other side of the capacitor. An insulating tape act as a dielectric. If the finger of the person reaches, the time needed for the capacity to reach to the constant voltage is changed. By measuring and using the time, the operation which a user desires is coded.
