PURPOSE: A road flooding monitoring system and method thereof are provided to determine the flooding situation of an exact road by transmitting flooding state data to a central control server through wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A flooding sensing unit(100) senses a flooding state of a road through contactless capacitive sensing. A data relay unit(200) receives flooding state information data from a road flooding sensing unit. The data relay unit collects the data and transmits the collected data to a central relay server(400). |
