PURPOSE: A method for collision avoidance in a carrier sense multiple access is provided to rapidly transmit data by the priority. CONSTITUTION: A network coordinator receives a beacon request signal which includes state information from a device(S410). The network coordinator determines the size of a back-off window based on the state information. The network coordinator transmits the beacon signal including the size information to the device(S420). The state information comprises the information about the significance of data. The state information comprises the environmental information of the device.
