PURPOSE: A fuel filter defrosting device for a vehicle is provided to prevent environmental contamination by starting a vehicle engine at a time. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filter defrosting device(1) for a vehicle comprises a heating member(10), a bending member(20), an insulating member(30), a bimetal(40), and a cigar jack(50). First and second power supply units(12,12a) are installed on the surface of the heating member and supply power to a hot wire formed inside the heating member. The bending member comprises a long hole(21) and a bolt(23). The insulating member is formed between the heating member and the bending member. The bimetal senses the temperature of a fuel filter. One electrode of the cigar jack is connected to the first power supply unit, and the other electrode is connected to the hot wire through the second power supply unit to supply power to the heating member.
