A TEST HEAD HAVING AN UPPER-LIFTING MECHANISM FOR FIXING A LIGHT SOURCE

PURPOSE: A test head with an upper-lifting mechanism for fixing a light source is provided to conveniently and rapidly perform the maintenance and repair or the upgrade of a test head. CONSTITUTION: A case(2) includes a front cover board and a rear opening portion. A lens tube(3) is set to be fit to a light irradiation opening. Side racks(40,41) are set to be arranged on the inner side of the front cover board. An upper lifting rack(5) is connected to the side rack to be rotated by an axle. An optical source module(6) is arranged on the upper lifting rack.
