PURPOSE: A water-leakage preventing panel is provided to solve problems due to water leakage by screw or bolt holes and remove pollution outside an assemblable panel building due to aging and corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A water-leakage preventing panel is as follows. An assemblable panel is fixed to the panel fixing structure of an assemblable panel building using a panel fixing screw. A panel fixing device is installed on the external one of assemblable panels. In case of an assemblable panel comprising an insulating member, the insulating member is put and bonded into the middle part of the assemblable panel holding the panel fixing device on the external panel An inner panel covers the insulating member and is bonded.
