PREPARING METHOD OF AFZELIN AND KAEMPFEROL

PURPOSE: A method for preparing afzelin and kaempferol is provided to produce a large amount of afzelin and kaempferol from Hibiscus cannabinus. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing afzelin and kaempferol comprises: a step of preparing plant extract containing kaempferintrin from a plant using a solvent; and a step of hyrolzying the plant extract using the selective glycolytic enzyme to prepare afzelin and kaempferol. Kaempferintrin is derived from Kenaf. The solvent includes water, methanol, ether, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, or chloroform.
