The manipulator (5) has a bar (7) controlled in a vertical plane by a cylinder. A cylinder (14) is lifted over levers (18a, 18b) and corresponds to a free end section (16) of the bar. The cylinder is hinge-connected with bar and with a support (9) of a rigid base plate (4). A joint (19) fastens one of the levers to the bar, and another joint (21) fastens another lever to the support. The joints are eccentrically arranged at an axis (04) of a joint part (8) that connects the free end section of the bar with the support.
