PURPOSE: An improved roasting plate for grilling is provided to quickly roast meat by directly touching a hear source which is created using a heat dissipation wing and a heat path with the meat. CONSTITUTION: An improved roasting plate for grilling comprises a roasting plate(110), a body frame(120), and a cover frame. Flame is taken to the lower side of the roasting plate. The upper side of the roasting plate is a place for roasting meat. The roasting plate is laminated to multilayer so that a heat influx path is formed at constant intervals. The body frame comprises both side frames(121), a front frame(122), and an upper side frame(123). The roasting plate is installed inside the body frame. The cover frame is installed in the rear side of the roasting plate and the body frame so that the roasting plate and the body frame are not fallen out. A heat distributing wing is included in one side of the roasting plate. A heating source is taken to according to the heat influx path.
