PURPOSE: A device for cleaning an outer wall of a building is provided to elastically connect a rotating rag unit of a cleaning unit to the outer concave and convex wall of a building using a moving block. CONSTITUTION: A device for cleaning an outer wall of a building comprises first and second winding rollers(110,120) and a cleaning unit(200). The first and second winding roller is installed on the upper end of the outer side surface of a building to be isolated each other. The first and second winding rollers are reeled in the first and second connection rope. The cleaning unit is connected to ends of the first and second connection rope. The cleaning unit is supported with the tension of the first and second connection rope. The cleaning unit is touched with the outer side surface of a building in order to clean the outer side surface of the building. The cleaning unit is moved in all directions on a plane of the outside of the building.
