RECYCLING APPARATUS OF PLASTIC WASTE FOR OIL USING CATALYST

PURPOSE: A recycle emulsifying device for waste plastic using a catalyst is provided to offer the improved decomposition efficiency for the waste plastic of the device to users by enlarging the specific surface area of a porous carrier. CONSTITUTION: A recycle emulsifying device for waste plastic using a catalyst comprises a polyvinyl chloride decomposition unit(20), a catalyst thermal decomposition unit(30), and a decisive distillation unit(40). The polyvinyl chloride decomposition unit thermally decomposes a polyvinylchloride(PVC) resin. The catalyst thermal decomposition unit uses the catalyst obtained by coating Cr or Cr compound on the surface of a porous carrier formed with nanoporous materials for decomposition the waste plastic passed through the polyvinyl chloride decomposition unit. The decisive distillation unit separates the decomposed waste plastic into kerosene or fuel oil by the different of the boiling point.
