METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF DOUBLE-SIDED METALLIZED CERAMIC SUBSTRATES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic substrate is provided to effectively prevent foam from being generated by punching before a first and/or a second metal plate are arranged on a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first metal plate(1), a ceramic substrate(2), and a second metal plate(3) are successively arranged on a carrier(4). A plurality of protrusion assemblies(4A) is placed on the upper side of the carrier. The protrusion assemblies are made of a conical shape. The tips(4B) of the protrusion assemblies are a contact point which is put on the carrier. The first and/or the second metal plate are punched before being arranged on the ceramic substrate.
