PURPOSE: A multifunctional camera system, an integrated operation system, and controlling methods thereof are provided to prevent a crime at a rest place by photographing a vehicle which goes in and out the rest place. CONSTITUTION: An entrance camera unit(10) photographs an incoming vehicle. An exit camera unit(10a) photographs an outgoing vehicle. An image processing unit(20,20a) reads vehicle information by processing the photographed image. An information processing unit(32) generates rest place situation information. An entrance sensor(12) senses the incoming vehicle. An exit sensor(12a) senses the outgoing vehicle.
