<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration facility and its operating method, which is based on uniaxial combined cycle power generation equipment and capable of controlling an exhaust gas flow rate as an environmental regulation value within a notified value in all cases. <P>SOLUTION: For output-preferential control, this invention prevents an opening of an IGV11 from increasing any further not to let the exhaust gas flow rate exceed the regulation value at a required output, decreases supplied air to maintain the required output in that state, and complements a lack of supplied gas, for example, by using another boiler (30) or limits the use of supplied gas in the gas destination. The opening of the IGV11 may be adjusted either by direct control according to a measured or calculated exhaust gas flow rate or by control using an atmospheric temperature function. To give priority to gas supply, the invention maintains required supplied gas and prevents the IGV11 from being opened any further in that state not to let the exhaust gas flow rate exceed the regulation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
