<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house an ECU structure 1 having a cell voltage monitor device 19 and a connector part 20b into an upper swelling-out part 39a of a center console 39 so as not to disturb crew members on a driver seat or a passenger seat beside it. <P>SOLUTION: This ECU structure 1 is installed in the upper swelling-out part 30a so as to straddle on a hydrogen supplying auxiliary machine 105 from above the rear end of a fuel cell stack 2. In this ECU structure 1, a support bracket is provided in which a plate 5a and a plate 5b are connected by a connecting tool 5d. The plate 5a is mounted on a fixing tool 5c integrally attached to a metal panel of the upper face side of the fuel cell stack 2 by a bolt or the like. On the plate 5a, the cell voltage monitor device 19 is attached by a bolts or the like. A connector part 20b coming out from this cell voltage monitor device 19 is electrically wired to a second harness part 2b.
